Who are your customers?

Small Business IT Departments

Why did you start this business?

We wanted to simplify the bulk management of endpoints for small businesses. We believe managing hundreds or even thousands of devices should be as easy as managing a single device.

What’s the next big thing for your business?

We’re rapidly shifting our focus toward automation. You can already use Level to manage endpoints, but we want to help proactively fix issues before your end-users report them.

What’s your favorite thing to do in Asheville?

Hiking

What’s the best thing about building a business in Asheville?

The community. There are so many supportive members in the community that are willing to help give guidance.

“Do you ever sleep?” – A response from a customer at 2 AM regarding how quickly we resolved their support request.
