Venture Asheville’s entrepreneurship development program, Elevate is designed to help high-growth, early-stage ventures scale more rapidly. It provides team mentorship modeled on the MIT Venture Mentoring Service, office hours with industry specialists (HR, patents, finance, etc.) and peer-to-peer advising delivered through Vistage International to teach startup founders how to lead companies as CEOs. The program will scale to 50 high-growth startups and nearly 100 mentors by summer 2017.
