Prepare for a high-intensity, fast-paced weekend as Asheville’s startup community rallies together to develop and launch new ventures. A fresh team of local organizers is bringing Startup Weekend back to Asheville later this summer. Two years ago local startup Local Flavor emerged from Startup Weekend. Now the event is back and you could be part of creating Asheville’s next big hit.
Organizers Chad Slagle, Justin Belleme, Tim Sadler, and Cate Ryba are heading up the effort, along with John Mizell at the Nesbitt Discovery Academy, Buncombe County’s STEM high school, where the event will be hosted.
