A new feature added recently enables job seekers to sign up to receive weekly email alerts for new tech and startup jobs in Asheville, NC.
Venture Asheville curates and promotes more than 50 of the best and latest Asheville job openings focused in technology/IT, marketing, operations, and management. The job board, which has become the most visited webpage on VentureAsheville.com, was used by 1,400 job seekers and entrepreneurs last month, and that number is increasing rapidly.
In 2015, startups and tech companies hired talent for 93 jobs in Asheville, NC listed on the job board, which received over 17,000 visits from job seekers.
“Job growth is a key indicator that Asheville’s startup community is advancing. We’ve seen increasing success for startups and technology companies that post openings on our job board. They’re finding and hiring qualified candidates faster,” said Josh Dorfman, Director of Entrepreneurship at Venture Asheville.
