Mixing startups and tech companies with a film school, a culinary school, an industrial chic grocery, residential living and a few other must have amenities (think beer and Thai food), a new downtown development led by Charlie Ball on South French Broad Ave. is creating a hot spot for innovation and play.
Strategically located as a conduit between downtown and the River Arts District, 45 South French Broad has the potential to transform AVL’s burgeoning startup scene through greater visibility, connectivity, speed, and collaboration. The first four startups including Anthroware will be in by the summer with many more on the way.
