Through hands-on mentoring, entrepreneurs in Venture Asheville Elevate learn how to perfect their products and services; identify, enter, and grow new markets; build business organizations; and seek funding.

Team mentoring offers a unique opportunity to “coach” the leader(s) of the venture, and to selectively lend their wealth of contacts and experiences. Success is not only defined by starting and growing a profitable company, but also in the learning experience that program participants can receive from their mentor team.

VENTURE OVERVIEW

• Entrepreneurs can expect frank, un-biased, and in-depth consultations with a team of highly experienced mentors over an extended period.
• Each venture being mentored ordinarily has an Entrepreneur, a Lead Mentor, and one or more additional Venture Team Mentors
• Participants live or work in Buncombe County.
