Dolci di Maria bakes fresh desserts reminiscent of fine Italian pastry shops using only natural, organic and often vegan ingredients. What began as home baked goods for a family with food allergies evolved into a successful startup bakery selling its sweets online and to markets throughout the eastern U.S.
