Fresh off of a $65M acquisition of DoctorDirectory by NYC-based Everyday Health, another local tech company is being acquired in America’s #2 Best Startup City. Founder and CEO Trevor Lohrbeer (above, right) announced this week Lab Escape, a leader in heat map visual data discovery software, is being acquired by Boston-based Teikametrics, which manages more than $500 million in Amazon revenue. The companies specialize in a fast-moving, multi-billion dollar industry experiencing triple-digit growth.
